To ensure you never miss a lesson, the AllRight app on iOS sends a special system notification before class. It appears as an incoming call window directly on your device screen — even if your phone is locked or the app is closed. This feature is designed for students learning on iPhone or iPad and helps you connect to individual lessons on time.

Approximately 5 minutes before an individual lesson starts, a system notification in call format automatically appears on the student's device. It looks just like a regular incoming call: it takes up the entire screen and is accompanied by sound and vibration. This makes it nearly impossible to miss the reminder 😊

This type of notification is called a VoIP notification (Voice over IP). Unlike regular push notifications, it has higher priority in the iOS system and displays even when the phone is in «Do Not Disturb» mode or the app is not running.

It's important to know that VoIP notifications are sent only for individual lessons. This feature does not currently work for other lesson formats:

If your child attends group lessons or speaking clubs, we recommend additionally setting up calendar reminders or using the app's standard notifications 💡

Children often get absorbed in games or watching videos and may not notice that a lesson is about to start. VoIP notifications solve this problem: they appear on top of any app and immediately grab attention. Parents no longer need to constantly monitor the schedule and manually remind their child about lessons 🗣️

Additionally, 5 minutes is enough time to calmly finish what you're doing, open the AllRight app, and prepare for the lesson: check your sound, camera, and headphones.
