All one-to-one lessons take place on our educational platform, a classroom designed specifically for lessons at All Right.
To connect to the classroom, if you plan to take the lesson from a computer or laptop, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your personal account using the username and password that we sent to the mail or using your phone number. Click on the "Open lesson" button.
If you study through a laptop or computer, it is important to log in through the ☝️ Google Chrome browser. Download Chrome. If you try to log in through another browser, unfortunately, we cannot promise a stable connection at the lesson
Step 2: Allow access to the camera and microphone.
Step 3: In this step, you can choose the background that your child will like the most) and click the "Enter the classroom" button.
Step 4: Congratulations!👏 Now you are in class. If the teacher has not connected yet, wait a couple of minutes, he will come at the appointed time. If the lesson does not take place due to our fault, we will be happy to give you the opportunity to take it again for free!
Please note that it is not possible to access the Classroom from two devices at the same time. You can only join the lesson from one device (computer, laptop or tablet). Please note that when using a tablet or phone, we recommend accessing the lesson through our application.
If after following our recommendations you still cannot connect to the lesson, please try the following steps:
1. Use the recommended Google Chrome browser with an update to the latest version.
2. Reload the page and try connecting to the lesson again.
3. Clear your browser data (cache and cookies) using this instruction
If you have already completed all these steps and the difficulty still remains, please contact the manager in the support chat, who will help you resolve this difficulty.
