If necessary, funds for unused lessons can be returned. The refund period is 28 days from the date of the last payment. To make an application, contact your manager in the chat.
Refunds are made to the same card with which the purchase was made. If the card is not active at the time of the return, you have to give the details of the new card to the admin.
The refund is issued on working days, the money is credited to the card within 10 working days from the moment the application is formed, depending on the client's bank.
You can issue a refund only for unused paid lessons available for booking. There is no refund for bonus lessons and Speaking Club classes in monetary terms, as they are the gift from the school and are credited to the balance for free.
