The conditions of the "Subscription" package are monthly automatic debiting of funds, but, if desired, the student can cancel the service at any time.

How to pause a subscription

Our school has an option to temporarily suspend your subscription, thereby postponing your write-off for a period of time:

  • 2 weeks

  • 1 month

  • 2 months

How does it work? The pause pushes back the date of the next charge by the period you choose.

For example, a student subscribes on 15.04, the planned write-off date should be 15.05, a month from the date of the first write-off. On 01.05 the student decides to pause the subscription for a period of one month, so the next write-off date will be the same as on 15.06 (plus one month from the planned write-off date).

☝️ It is worth remembering to transfer unbooked lessons to the bonus account. So, in this example, the student can use the lessons available on the balance until 30.05 (the end date of the current payment cycle). After that the unbooked lessons will transfer to the bonus account.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time. The date of the next debit is calculated from the date of renewal.

For example, a student subscribes on 15.04, the scheduled debit date should be 15.05, one month from the first debit date. On 01.05, the student decides to pause the subscription for a period of 1 month, but, after some time, decides to resume the subscription before the scheduled write-off date.

The date of the next debit, in this case, will depend on the renewal of the subscription.

  • If the subscription will be renewed on 01.05, for example, that is, before the date of write-off, then the date of scheduled write-off will not change and will be 15.05

  • If subscription is reactivated on 01.06, for example after the planned write-off date, then at the moment of subscription reactivation there will be an attempt to automatically write off the money and add the lessons to your balance. And after a successful resumption, the next write-off date will be on 01.07.

It is possible to suspend a subscription in a couple of clicks in the user's personal cabinet.

For this:

✔ Go to your personal profile in the My Balance section.

✔ In the Subscription section, click " Pause ".

✔ Select the period for which to pause the subscription and click "Pause" again.

How to add/modify a subscription card ?

In order not to cancel the subscription to add a new card, our school has the ability to add a backup card for payment.

For this:

✔ Go to your personal profile in the My Balance section.

✔ Under Subscription, Backup Payment Method, click on "Add" .

After that, the site will display two cards. One of them can be deleted or make one card the main one. To do this, click on the three dots next to the card number and select the following actions - Make it the main or delete it.

How to cancel a subscription

Canceling a subscription is final and results in disabling its terms without the possibility of restoring it!

☝️ Recall that the subscription is one of the most advantageous tariffs, as it allows you to fix the cost for the entire duration. 😍

You can cancel the autoschedule in a couple of clicks in your personal cabinet.

For this:

✔ Go to your personal profile in the My Balance section.

✔ First, you need to put a subscription to the Pause for any period.

✔ After the autoschedule is paused, you will see a circle with three dots in the Subscription section, and if you click on it, you will be able to stop the subscription.
✔ If you still want to unsubscribe, click cancel subscription anyway.

How to pause a subscription in the app

To do this:

✔ Click "Booking lessons" to log in to your profile.

✔ Your lesson schedule will open. Click "Subscription management" in the upper left corner.

✔ Click on "Pause", then you will need to choose how long you want to pause your subscription for.

How to unsubscribe from the app

To do this:

✔ Click "Booking lessons" to log in to your profile.

✔ Your lesson schedule will open. Click "Subscription management" in the upper left corner.

✔ To get started, you need to pause your subscription for any period. Then go back to the "Subscription management" menu and the "Delete subscription" button will be available.

You can manage your subscription yourself from your personal account or by contacting your personal manager in the support chat.
