The bonus account is a special account to which money is credited for unused lessons.
Lessons are converted into bonuses if they are not booked within the subscription validity period. This means that if the subscription is valid for, for example, 3 months, the lessons must be booked during this period so that they are not converted into bonuses. If the subscription is valid for 6 months, then during this time all lessons must be completed or booked to avoid their conversion to the bonus account.
Lessons booked in advance are not transferred to the bonus account. To avoid converting unused lessons into bonuses, please book them in your personal account.
Converted lessons are deducted from the lesson balance of the package and credited to the bonus account in monetary equivalent.
Only funds for individual lessons are credited to the bonus account. If there are unused lessons in Speaking Clubs on the balance, they will not be transferred to the bonus account.
You can check the balance of funds on the bonus account in your personal account, in the section "My balance" - "Bonus account".
Below, in the History of balance changes section, the time of recalculation of lessons by subscription to bonuses and crediting the amount to the bonus account is displayed.
Bonuses cannot be returned to the main account in currency. They can only be used to pay for future lessons, but for no more than 25% of the purchase price.
This condition applies to all plans.
For example, a student paid for 36 lessons by purchasing a 3-month subscription. During these 3 months, the student completed 30 lessons, while 6 lessons remained unused and unbooked. In this case, these 6 lessons are converted to the bonus account in monetary equivalent, which equals the cost of one lesson multiplied by the number of unused and unbooked lessons. Upon the next payment, a 25% discount will be automatically applied to the cost of the new package.
If the monetary equivalent of the bonuses for the 6 unused lessons exceeds 25% of the cost of the new package, the remaining balance will be used for the next payment.
These actions will also be reflected in the Balance Change History.
