All students of our school and their parents have access to a personal account, which can be accessed after entering their login and password.
We have developed separate personal accounts for parents and student-children to make the learning process as convenient and flexible as possible. Thus, student-children do not have access to sections with payment, lesson booking/rescheduling, or balance control in their personal accounts. Instead, our students can fully immerse themselves in the learning process, practice the material covered, learn new words and phrases, and play with Charlie. 🤩
In the parent's personal account you can:
connect to a lesson;
adjust the lesson schedule;
monitor subscription balance and lesson balance;
book and reschedule lessons;
communicate with teachers;
track your child's achievements;
and much more.
Students have access to:
connecting to a lesson;
using the dictionary;
practicing the material covered;
tracking their progress in completed lessons.
How do you access your personal account?
To start, log into our website by clicking on "Sign In" in the top right corner.
Authorisation can be done either by phone number or by email provided during registration, and with a password. Or using an authorisation code sent to the phone number provided during registration.
If you don't remember the password for your personal account, you can always reset it by clicking "Forgot password?"
Parent Access
The personal account is a section where you can view information about completed and booked lessons and your lesson balance, teacher feedback on your child's success in lessons, the schedule of future lessons, and personal offers and bonuses are also available here.
Teachers is a section where you can choose a teacher for a trial lesson, or change the teacher for regular lessons.
The site features a filter for sorting the list of teachers.
In the "More" filter, you can select the languages the teacher should speak and the teacher's specialisation.
In the Bonuses 🎁 section, the procedure for sending a message to a friend with an invitation link to register at our school is described. We remind you that by doing this you can receive bonus funds.
Speaking clubs are a great opportunity for your child to practice their English conversation skills.
In this section, you can select and book participation in conversation clubs, which are divided into topics. We have collected the most popular topics from our students and created interest-based clubs.
In the Pricing section, you can familiarise yourself with the current packages, select the required number of lessons, and make payment for the courses.
In the personal account, there is also access to the general Help Center, where common questions and answers are collected. The Help Center is divided into topics, so you can easily find the answer to your question.
The next icon is to chat with your teacher. You can inquire about your child's progress or ask to reschedule a lesson. We made sure that the teacher can read your message even if they don't speak your language.
All teachers with whom lessons have been taken before will be available in the list.
Next is Main Menu - the icon with a person.
Here you can:
Switch to the child's profile,
Create a family account and add a second child to the joint account,
Reviewing a child's achievements.
View the lesson balance, and manage the subscription.
There is also a settings function where you can change the phone number, email, child's data, and manage notifications.
Student-Child Access. What are the possibilities?
We have created a personal account for our student-children as well. 🤩
The student-child's personal account is an interactive tool that allows them to actively participate in the learning process and monitor their progress.
To switch to the child's account, click on their profile.
In the child's account, four main functions will be available:
Course: The child can track which lessons they have already completed in their course and how many lessons are left to complete the course.
Practice: Access to a list of homework assignments that the child must complete to reinforce the material.
My dictionary: Saved words and phrases learned in lessons. This helps the child easily find words and conveniently review the material learned.
Lesson entry: The ability to quickly and conveniently enter a lesson directly from the dashboard.
The child's personal account is designed to make learning more engaging, effective, and convenient, allowing them to actively participate in their learning.
