At the stage of registration and booking of a trial lesson, we select a teacher for you, according to the age of the child, it's interests and wishes that you indicated when booking.
☝️ We employ certified teachers with experience in teaching children. All teachers undergo strict competitive selection.
How to change teachers using a computer/laptop 👩💻
Step 1: If you suddenly decide to change the teacher that we picked up for you for a trial lesson, you must first go through the registration and booking stage of the lesson with the teacher that the platform picked up.
Step 2: Next, you will be taken to your personal account, where you need to cancel the lesson with the previous teacher. At the top of the cabinet page - click the "Cancel lesson" button.
☝️ We would like to remind you about the rules of the school.
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson without losing it no later than 4 hours before the start of the lesson.
Step 3: Select the reason for canceling the lesson and confirm the action by clicking on the white "Cancel Lesson" button.
Step 4: Now you can choose another teacher. To do this, go to the "Teachers" menu.
Step 5: Use filters to select the teacher you need. If you want the teacher to speak your language, click on "More" and select the language the teacher speaks. Click "Apply" and you will see the list of available teachers.
Step 6: Select a teacher from the list and click "Book lesson".
How to change teachers in the app 📱
Step 1: Log in to the app and select "Lessons booking".
If you have not yet taken at least 1 paid lesson at our school, you will have access to the section "Lessons with a teacher".
After completing 1 paid lesson, you will have access to the vocabulary and practice with the materials you have covered in the lessons.
Step 2: Select a lesson and click on it . Select the reason for the cancellation of the lesson and confirm the action with the "Cancel lesson" button.
📌 We remind you that if you canceled a lesson earlier than 4 hours before its start, the lesson will remain on your balance otherwise, if canceled later, the lesson will be removed from the balance.
Step 3: Click on the "Book Lessons" button and you will see a list of teachers.
Step 4: You can also click on a selected teacher's card to learn more about that teacher. View the teacher's video greetings. If he/she is suitable, proceed to book a lesson by clicking on the "Book a lesson" button.
Step 5: Select a lesson date and time from the list and click the "Book" button.
