Booking, rescheduling and canceling lessons
Booking
You can book a lesson 4 hours or more in advance. The student can choose any available time in the teacher's schedule.
You can also book regular lessons in the teacher's schedule. This is convenient and increases the efficiency of the lessons. You can read more about the regular schedule in this article.
A student can postpone and cancel a lesson 4 or more hours before it starts independently through his personal account or by contacting the administrator for help. This applies both to individual lessons and to classes in a Speaking club.
If there are less than 4 hours left before the individual lesson, the student has the right to agree with his teacher about rescheduling the lesson to another time. The transfer is carried out by the teacher in agreement with the student.
If the student does not come to the lesson without agreeing with the teacher about the transfer, the lesson will be removed from the balance and paid to the teacher.
Trial Lesson Methodologists
Methodologists are teachers who only conduct trial lessons at our school. Their main task is to help the child start learning comfortably and familiarize them with the process.
Methodologists assess the language level to determine the current English proficiency and suggest the most suitable learning program.
They introduce students to the learning platform. During the trial lesson, children and parents discover how lessons are conducted at our school and what tools and materials are used to make learning effective and engaging.
They also demonstrate the lesson format, showing how future lessons will be conducted to ensure the child feels confident with their regular teacher.
After the trial lesson, regular lessons are conducted by permanent teachers. This approach ensures:
🖊️ More available slots with regular teachers. Some teachers are assigned as methodologists for trial lessons so more children can start learning.
🖊️ High-quality trial lessons. Methodologists are experienced teachers specially trained to work with children at the introductory stage of the learning process.
It is not possible to study on a regular basis with methodologists, as they focus solely on conducting trial lessons and providing maximum attention to new students. Regular lessons are handled by other teachers who accompany the child throughout their learning journey. This ensures stability and growth for every student.
Choosing the teacher
Each student of the school has the right to choose a teacher for individual lessons. You can study with one teacher, or with several at the same time. There are no restrictions on the number of teachers. If desired, the student can spend at least every lesson with a new teacher. But still, we recommend staying with one permanent teacher who will know everything about the progress of the child and lead him to the result.
How to choose a permanent teacher?
After the trial lesson, we recommend selecting a teacher for regular classes. This can be done by watching teacher introduction videos. All our teachers are professionals passionate about their work and capable of connecting with your child. This approach creates optimal conditions for a successful start and comfortable learning for every student at our school.
Teacher Replacement
A student can change teachers at any time. You don't need to have any specific reasons for this. The student's desire is enough. You can choose a teacher yourself on the website or ask for help from a manager in a chat.
Refund of payment
If desired, the student can take a break in training of any duration or refund money for unused lessons. Read more about the refund here.
