To achieve the best results, our methodologists recommend studying with a teacher at least 2-3 times a week in an individual lesson, as well as visiting a Speaking Club once a week.
On the Website
To create your permanent schedule, you need to log in to your personal cabinet. On the left side of the page you will see information on creating a permanent schedule, and below you will be offered to book lessons by selecting a convenient day, lesson time and teacher.
The number of unbooked lessons will also be available here.
Then you need to choose convenient days and time for regular lessons in the schedule and click the "Book" button.
Please note that lesson booking is based on the student's time zone! You can check the correctness of the data in the profile settings of your personal cabinet.
Once your reservation is finalized and a permanent schedule is established, the information on the left side of the page will update to reflect the new changes.
The system will also show a list of future lessons and display the dates for which the system was unable to book lessons.
For these dates you can easily find a new teacher or reschedule the lesson to another available time with the selected teacher.
To change the teacher for the selected date, click on " Find other ".
The teacher who has this time available will be displayed.
If you click " Confirm ", the system will book the lesson with another teacher.
What to do if the teacher does not have a convenient time in the schedule?
No problem! You can choose another time or date or any other teacher with a schedule that is convenient for you. To do this, select "Edit Schedule" - "Change teacher" or select a different lesson time in the schedule.
Choose a teacher on a schedule that suits you and don't forget to click "Book Lessons". 😉
To cancel the permanent schedule, select "Edit Schedule" - "Disable auto-booking".
In the mobile App
Actions in the mobile application will be the same. Click on the "Book lessons" button and choose a convenient option from the proposed time.
We recommend that you plan your class schedule several weeks in advance. Then the time that is convenient for you will be assigned to you. You can use the help of the administrator or make a booking yourself in the personal account.
Do not worry if the plans change. The timetable can be adjusted if necessary. To change the date or time of lessons in the permanent timetable, click on "Change the schedule".
If you would like to turn off the auto-booking feature for a regular schedule, just click on the "Turn off auto booking" button, and you will be able to cancel all previously booked lessons as well.
Reminder of school rules. In order for a lesson to remain in balance, you must cancel or reschedule it 4 hours before the lesson starts.
Lifehack ❗ If you have run out of lessons on your balance or their number is not enough to make a schedule for several weeks in advance, contact your personal administrator. They will pre-book a convenient time for you to study, and after replenishing the balance, the preliminary reservation will be confirmed. The main thing is to do this at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
