☝️ We would like to remind you about the rules of our school.
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson without losing it no later than 4 hours before the start of the lesson.
✔️ Step 1: To reschedule or cancel a lesson, log in to the All Right app by entering your phone number. Go to the " Lessons booking " - " Schedule " tab and open the upcoming lesson.
If you have not yet taken at least 1 paid lesson at our school, you will have access to the section "Lessons with a teacher".
After completing 1 paid lesson, you will have access to the vocabulary and practice with the materials you have covered in the lessons.
✔️ Step 2.1: If you would like to change the date or time of the next lesson, but you want to stay with the same teacher, you just need to select the "Reschedule" option. Then you should select the date and time of the lesson, after which you need to click the "Reschedule" button.
✔️ Step 2.2: If you would like to cancel the lesson and to select another one teacher, click "Cancel Lesson". Please provide a reason for cancelling the lesson.
It is important for the school and the teacher!
✔️ Step 3: Don't forget to book the next lesson for the convinien date and time!
