How to contact a teacher?
If you have additional questions about the lesson program or want to discuss your progress with a teacher, you can contact them through our website or app.
To do this on the website, log into your personal account and click on the chat icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
A window will appear with a list of teachers you can contact and a button to reach our support. To start a dialogue with a selected teacher, click on their image on the left side of the page. Below, a text message field will appear where you can also attach a file.
You can send a message in any language convenient for you. We have ensured that the teacher can read your message even if they do not know your language.
Please note that the response will be in English, but you can use the built-in translator to receive the information in your language.
Note that the response may not come immediately. As soon as the teacher can read your message, they will definitely respond. A long wait time for a response may be due to the teacher's workload or vacation.
Therefore, if you want to contact the teacher regarding future lessons, please reach out in advance so the teacher has time to provide you with an answer before the lesson begins.
If you do not receive a response within a day, provided that the teacher is not on vacation, please contact our support service.
In the app, the process is similar: in your personal account, at the bottom of the screen, select the "Chat" icon and choose the teacher you want to write to.
🚩IMPORTANT! Note that the chat with the teacher will be available after the first completed paid lesson. If you have not yet had paid lessons with this teacher but want to write to them, contact support, and we will help resolve the issue.
How to leave feedback about a teacher after a lesson
We listen to the opinions of our students, so we have developed the possibility of evaluating the teacher after the completed lesson. The evaluation helps form the teacher's rating and helps us understand the needs of students at each stage of learning.
Your feedback will let us know how satisfied you are with the lesson, materials, and teaching process, and it will help other students make a choice in favor of a particular teacher.
To leave feedback on the website :
Go to our website and log into your personal account using your username and password. Then select the "Booking lessons" section.
Your last completed lesson will be displayed in your personal account. Rate your teacher and add a text comment describing your impressions, noting the strong points of the lesson, or highlighting nuances that you think can be improved.
After filling in all the fields, click the "Send feedback" button.
You can leave feedback only for our support, and it will not be available to other students. To do this, check the box next to the field "Feedback is available only to school administrators."
🚩 IMPORTANT! Note that you can rate and leave comments only on the last completed lesson. Ratings for all previously completed lessons will be unavailable.
To leave feedback in the app:
Log into your profile using your email and password. The completed lesson will be displayed in your personal account. Click on it to evaluate.
Rate the teacher and add a comment describing your impressions of the lesson or suggesting improvements.
After filling in all the fields, click the "Send Feedback" button.
Tips for writing a review:
Describe specific moments that you liked or, conversely, those that can be improved. This will help the teacher better understand your needs.
If you noticed progress in learning thanks to our teaching materials during the lesson, be sure to mention it in your review. The teacher will be pleased to know that their efforts are yielding results.
