Family account
Updated over 8 months ago

Each student of the school has his own personal account. It is linked to the parent's phone number.

If 2 or more children from the same family attend school, each of them will have a separate account, but they can all be linked to one phone number. For the convenience of parents, all family accounts linked to one phone number are combined in one personal account.

You can switch between them in one click. To do this, you need to click on the child's name in your personal account.

In the account of each family member you will find information on the balance, the schedule of booked lessons, information about completed classes, student progress, homework, and much more.

How to create a family account

We've made it easy to register family accounts! 😊

Now all users have the opportunity to independently create a separate personal account for another child.

We created a section "Create family profile" / "Add a child..." in the personal account. If you want to register another child on our website and take a trial lesson, now you can do it by yourself.

Click on the "Add a child..." tab

In the next window, you need to fill in the data about the new child.

📌 Recommendation: select the date in the following order: month/year and then day. If you select a year, then a day, the current month is entered. If you select a month, then the day-year is set to 2019 by default.

✅ After this short operation, the personal account for your second child will be created.

How can you split lessons for children?

Now you don't have to split lessons!

We have implemented a family balance that is automatically displayed on all profiles within a family account. After purchasing one package, the number of available lessons from this package will be displayed on each individual profile.

To book a lesson, just log in to the account of the child for whom you want to book lessons and complete the booking.

In your personal account, at the top of the page, you will see information about the number of booked lessons on each account. Therefore, you can easily see who has how many lessons booked.
