Students of the All Right school can plan their learning schedule independently by choosing convenient times and days for lessons. Students also choose the frequency and duration of lessons themselves. This is one of the key advantages of learning online, and it is very convenient! 👍
On the website
To book all lessons and create your permanent schedule, you’ll need to go to the website and sign in to your personal account. On the right side of the page, you’ll see information about setting up a permanent schedule. Below, you can book lessons by choosing a convenient day, lesson time, and teacher.
The number of unbooked lessons will also be shown there.
Once you’ve selected the desired day and lesson time, click the “Book” button.
Please note that lesson booking is based on the student’s time zone!
You can make sure your details are correct in the profile settings of your personal account.
After booking is complete and your permanent schedule has been created, the information on the left side of the page will be updated to reflect the new changes.
The system will also show a list of upcoming lessons and display the dates for which it was unable to book lessons.
For these dates, you can easily find a new teacher or reschedule the lesson to another available time with the selected teacher.
To change the teacher for a selected date, click “Find other”.
After that, a teacher who is available at this time will be shown.
When you click “Confirm”, the system will book the lesson with that teacher.
What should you do if the selected teacher has no available time in their schedule?
No problem! You can choose another time or date, or any other teacher with a schedule that works for you. To do this, select “Edit schedule” → “Choose another teacher”, or choose different lesson times in the schedule.
Choose a teacher based on your preferred schedule and don’t forget to click “Book lessons”. 😉
To cancel the permanent schedule, select “Edit schedule” → “Disable auto-booking”.
Please note that with each subsequent renewal of the current subscription package or the purchase of a new package, the fixed schedule remains unchanged.
After the lessons are credited to your balance, the system will automatically book all of them according to the previously selected fixed schedule.
To prevent this from happening, you need to cancel the permanent schedule.
In the mobile app
You can take the same steps in the mobile app. Click “Book lessons” and choose a teacher from the suggested list, along with a convenient date and lesson time.
We recommend planning your lesson schedule several weeks in advance. This way, your preferred time will already be reserved for you.
No need to worry if your plans change. You can always edit the schedule if needed. To change the date or time of lessons in your permanent schedule, click “Change the schedule”.
In the teacher’s schedule, choose a new lesson time or date and click “Save”.
To cancel the permanent schedule, select “Change the schedule” → “Turn off auto booking”.
School rules reminder: for the lesson to remain on your balance, it must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the lesson starts.
Feel free to plan your permanent schedule! It’s convenient and helps make lessons more effective.
Life hack ❗ If you have run out of lessons on your balance, or if there aren’t enough lessons to create a schedule several weeks in advance, contact our administrator in the support chat. They will reserve a convenient lesson time for you in advance, and after you top up your balance, you’ll be able to confirm the advance booking. The main thing is to do this at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.
